Two tools useful for MS windows to write a .ISO image file to a USB flash drive:

Use the frugal install method of booting from the USB flash drive and keeping the changes and file saved back on to that same USB flash drive. This method creates a persistant file folder, that holds your changes for use in the next boot.

Do you live out in the rural area with little to no internet access? Create your own internet, with a Rachel file server from WorldPossible.org . Use an existing x86 computer or make from a RaspberryPi ARM computer and a 32 Gigabyte USB flash drive.
